My sister Gillian (who was recently credited for her Lemon Drizzle Cake recipe) recently made this Easter Cake. What can I say – baking talent clearly runs in the family.
In a word – wow!
Unfortunately, she lives on the other side of the planet, so no tasting of this cake for me, but what a seriously mouth wateringly, sickeningly, chocolatey cake!
Try it at home. I dare you.
Now that Easter is over, you might have to think of something other than mini-eggs to decorate it with, but I’m sure a wander down the confectionery aisle might inspire you.
